BPS Planning is one of Ireland’s leading planning consultancies providing strategic, specialist and technical planning services to a wide range of clients. The company is managed by Brendan Buck, who has over 20 years’ experience in planning consultancy and has an established reputation as an expert in the planning field with extensive knowledge of the Irish planning system.
Our wide-ranging experience and expertise bring a comprehensive understanding of the planning system and the development process, which allows us to guide our clients through each individual project. We regularly work with planners in all areas of local, regional, and national government on behalf of our clients.
BPS offers a national planning service from south Dublin and north Wicklow, but we have worked across every local authority in the country on a range of projects from one-off rural dwellings to Dart Underground. We provide services to both the public and private sectors.
The expertise of professional planners lies in an ability to provide and co-ordinate every aspect of the planning system. To achieve this, the practice regularly works as part of multi-disciplinary teams with other professionals. We therefore can address the varying needs of projects by recommending and coordinating the services of other specialists such as architects, engineers, landscape designers, historic buildings consultants, archaeologists, arborists, ecologists, solicitors, barristers, etc as required.
